10 Minute Trainer

Seriously, there are no more excuses.

I’ve commented before about one of the biggest challenges my clients face today – no time.  Again, I get it.  I have three kids, a growing business and a husband – oh yeah, there is also that elusive “me time”, traffic, dinner, groceries, playing with the kids…shall I go on?

But despite all of this, I can still find 10 minutes to build a healthier me.  If I can, you can!

Tony Horton (truly a guru of fitness programs) has answered the call with his 10 Minute Trainer program.   He maximizes the workout time through the revolutionary Stacking Technique.  This method works multiple body parts at the same time through toning, resistance training, and fat burning cardio.  You’ve heard of multitasking?  This workout takes that concept to a whole new level.

The duration of the workout may be short but it’s not a freebie.  Just “going through the motions” to get through the 10 minutes is not going to get you any results.  Just as we multitask in our daily lives, we must maximize the time we dedicate to the program, give it 200% and push ourselves past the typical threshold.   If you do that, and follow a balanced nutrition plan, this program will work for you.  Who says you can’t be busy and healthy at the same time?

I also find this work out to be a great supplement program for those who travel and still want to maintain some type of intense workout schedule while on the road.

The 10 Minute Trainer Program comes packed with resources to keep you on track and focused.  It comes with the famous 10 minute DVDs which target the following: Total Body, Lower Body, Yoga Flex, Cardio and Abs.   You also get Tony’s Rapid Results Guidebook, a Workout Calendar, Resistance Band Kit, Cardio Belt, Workout Cards, 2 Day Jump Start, awesome 10 Minute Meals recipes and a Online Support.

Still not convinced?  I want you to find a clock or a stop watch and time yourself for ten minutes.  Afterward, write down everything you did in that 10 minute period span.  Got it?  Now, considering what you accomplished in that 10 minutes, don’t you think your health and appearance are worth 10 short minutes 7 days a week?

I do!
