Fun Hula Hoop Exercises from 3TV Fitness segment

Learn how a simple toy like the hula hoop can be a great fitness tool.  The Hula Hoop has been around for 50+ years, and there are all sorts of hula hoop exercises that can help you stay fit.  Use a fitness weighted hoop, or simply pick up the hoop your kids have tossed aside and start hulaing.  These hula hoop exercises are an awesome and fun alternative to “normal” day-to-day exercises, and provide a terrific way to get results while playing with your kids.  You ready to invite their friends and parents over for a hula hoop competition?  If you can’t get out of the Phoenix heat for a quick escape to the beach, follow up the hula hoop with a game of Twister, put some Beach Boys on for effect, and bring California to Arizona.  Sunscreen optional!
