Get Fit

Getting fit starts with making the commitment to yourself that you’re going to follow through on your choice.  Now, what does “fit” mean to you?  Does it mean losing weight so you’re no longer carrying around the extra weight?  Or does it mean having to completely turn things around, stop bad habits that have infested your life for the last however many years, and replace those habits with new disciplines that will assist you in reaching your vision?

First things first, “getting fit” requires you to have a clear vision of what it is you’re looking to accomplish.  You’ve got to be able to articulate your image of being “fit”.  Because without a target, it’s pretty hard to know what you’re aiming for.  By sharing your vision, it allows me to create or recommend a program that is most suitable and congruent with where your fitness level is now, and where you’re looking to go.

Once you have a clear definition of what “fit” means to you, creating or finding an exercise program that is right for you is key.  If you allow me to assist, I’ll take you through a series of questions and help you determine the right program or workouts for you based on your current fitness level, what you like to do, what you want to look like,  how hard you’re willing to work, etc.  I’ll be your personal coach!

ChaLean Extreme

“Muscle Burns Fat”.  Build lean muscle in this 90 day program lifting heavier weight through slower repetitions.  Maximum repetitions are between 8 and 12, and the slower you go the better.  For best results, have a good set of weights that will allow you to lift heavy enough.  Workout bands can be used and will provide good results; for best results weights I recommend weights.
